Mask materials are rarely the bottleneck in export — paperwork usually is. Each market asks for a different set of documents and a different standard of proof.

South Korea
Innovation-led and fast-moving. Brands expect current textures, quick sampling and consistent quality between lots. Keep technical data sheets and batch records ready; they are requested more often than certificates.
Japan
The strictest safety expectations. Additive-free and natural positioning carries weight, and traceability is assumed rather than requested. Prepare MSDS, material composition and heavy-metal test reports up front.
Europe
EU cosmetic regulation compliance, plus a growing demand for sustainability evidence: recycled content, biodegradability and packaging recyclability. Vegan and cruelty-free documentation is now standard for many retailers.
