Can I have a sample order?
Yes. We welcome sample orders so you can test and validate our quality first-hand. We can courier swatches of any substrate in our range — spunlace, cupro, tencel, hydrogel and post-treated fabrics — and a small batch of finished mask sheets is available on request. You only cover the courier cost, and samples usually ship within two working days.
What is the lead time for sample and production?
Sample swatches ship in 2–3 working days, and custom sample production takes about 7–10 days after the specification is approved. Bulk production typically runs 15–25 days depending on the substrate, gram weight and order quantity. Peak-season slots are booked in advance, so we recommend confirming timelines early.
What reports for products do you provide?
Every shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). We also provide heavy-metal and microbial test reports, vegan and cruelty-free statements, and a certificate of origin. On request we can arrange third-party certifications such as OEKO-TEX Standard 100, biodegradable and vegan certifications to support your market compliance.
How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality comes first. We control quality from raw-fibre incoming inspection all the way through carding, web-forming, bonding, slitting and final packing, with in-line checks at every stage. Our workshop is ISO-certified and regularly audited by third-party inspectors, and we keep full batch records so every order is traceable.
How about the pouch for the mask sheet if I need the folded mask and insert to the mask pouch?
Yes, we can supply the mask pouch as well. We work with partner factories that produce folded mask pouches, flat and gusseted sachets, and printed foil laminates, so the folded sheet and its pouch stay consistent in size and artwork. Send us your pouch specification or a physical sample and we will match it.
Can you customize the material, size and packaging for my brand?
Absolutely. We tailor the substrate (spunlace, cupro, tencel, hydrogel), gram weight from 18 to 80 gsm, embossing and post-treatment, and we also adjust pouch size, format and print artwork so the whole pack stays consistent. Share your specification or a target sample and we will engineer a match and provide a prototype for your approval before bulk production.
