Reactive skin reacts to details: a rough fibre, a stray lint edge, a heavy emboss or a residue left by the fabric itself. Our sensitive-skin programme starts from the substrate rather than the essence, screening materials for fibre fineness, surface smoothness and what they leave behind on the skin.
What we deliver
- Low-irritant substrates — fine spunlace, cupro and silk-cotton microfiber from 18 to 40 gsm, selected for a smooth hand feel and a tight fibre web.
- Clean surfaces — plain or light wavy embossing, no pearl film, no adhesive residue, and rounded die-cut edges that do not scratch.
- Gentle formats — single-piece sheets, eye-patch pairs, thin hydrogel and semi-gel sheets, sized for a short 10 to 15 minute wear.
- Low-residue finishing — no optical brighteners, no formaldehyde-based finishing, no added fragrance.
- Documentation — MSDS, heavy-metal and formaldehyde test reports, plus pH and skin-patch data on request.
Recommended materials
- Cupro — smooth cellulose fibre with a soft drape, usually the first choice for reactive skin.
- Silk-cotton microfiber — fine denier, high adhesion, minimal lint.
- 18–30 gsm fine spunlace — light, breathable, low compression on the skin.
- Thin hydrogel — water-based and cooling, with no liner film to peel.
How it works
Tell us the pH and actives in your essence and the skin profile you are targeting — barrier repair, rosacea-prone, post-treatment. We shortlist two or three substrates against irritation and adhesion, courier swatches within days, and lock the specification only after you have tested them with your own formula.
Quality and compliance
- Batch-level fibre composition and weight records
- Heavy-metal, formaldehyde and pH testing to your destination market
- Vegan and cruelty-free statements, MSDS and COA with every shipment
- Cleanroom cut and pack, with AQL sampling before release
Typical projects
Barrier-repair sheet masks for pharmacy lines, fragrance-free daily masks for dermocosmetic brands, and calming kits for clinics treating rosacea and eczema.
