Two-step masks sell well but pack badly: two components, two barriers and one shelf life. We engineer the sheet and the second component together so they ship as a single unit that a consumer can use without instructions.
What we deliver
- Sheet plus ampoule — dry or semi-dry sheet with a separate ampoule sachet in one pouch.
- Sheet plus gel — hydrogel sheet paired with a booster gel in a twin-chamber pack.
- Activation formats — essence-free sheets the user activates at home.
- Twin packaging — two-compartment pouches, twin sachets and cartons with inserts.
- Dosing control — fill weights matched so both components finish at the same time.
Recommended materials
- Dry spunlace or cupro — for activation formats where the user adds essence.
- Semi-dry nonwoven — a pre-wetted sheet with a separate booster.
- Hydrogel — paired with a gel or ampoule for a two-texture routine.
- Aluminium laminate film — for the ampoule compartment where barrier is critical.
How it works
We match the second component to the absorption and release profile of the sheet, then validate the seal so both compartments stay stable through shipping and shelf life. If the format needs a folding carton or a printed insert, that is developed in the same project.
Quality and compliance
- Seal integrity and leak testing on both compartments
- Compatibility and shelf-life trials for the combined kit
- Migration testing on the film and the insert
- MSDS, COA and vegan documentation as standard
Typical projects
Ampoule-plus-sheet kits for premium lines, hydrogel-and-booster twins for duty-free, and DIY activation masks for clean-beauty brands.
