Sample Policy All pre-production samples are non-refundable. If the sample has obvious production defects caused by our factory, we will re-produce a new sample for free at our cost.
Bulk Custom Products All customized bulk goods are produced according to your drawings, sizes and requirements. We do not accept unconditional returns or refunds after production.
Quality Inspection You must inspect goods within 7 working days after receiving cargo. If any quality problem occurs due to our production fault, provide clear photos/videos, we will negotiate rework, replacement or partial compensation.
Shipping Cost Return shipping fees will be borne by your side unless defects are our full responsibility.
Cancellation Orders can be canceled before production starts. Once production begins, 30% deposit will not be refunded to cover raw material loss.
